Costa Rica is a lot less safe than the United States. Here you can't just go over and play at the park on your own. You usually have to have an adult with and even then people may still rob you.<br /><br />2. People here are very friendly and kind. Most of them are very considerate. When we say something totally wrong in Spanish they don't laugh and they don't make you look like a fool.<br /><br />3. It's a lot more tropical here and lots more wildlife. In your backyard you can find colorful caterpillars and geckos. In fact, we have already found one in our house.<br /><br />4. Here you find trash in the gutters because there is not a lot of trash cans. Some parts of the city are really nice and some aren't, it just depends.<br /><br />5.Here some of the food is delicious. They have bakeries that are good and are bad. Though, most of them are good.<br /><br />P.S.
